Privacy Policy
How SeaRidge Advisory Inc. handles website inquiries, buyer registrations, analytics and privacy choices for Medical Exit Group.
Scope and Legal Operator
SeaRidge Advisory Inc. ("SeaRidge," "we," "us" or "our") operates this website. This policy describes our handling of information through this website and SeaRidge-operated services that expressly link to it. Medical Exit Group is a specialist brand of SeaRidge Advisory Inc. A separate notice on a particular service or brand website may provide additional information; a specific notice governs that service where it differs from this policy. Independent third-party websites have their own policies.
Information We Collect
You may provide your name, business contact details, company, role, industry, location, transaction goals, buyer criteria, business information and messages. Information supplied through an agreed transaction process may include financial and operational documents. We also receive technical and usage information such as IP address, device/browser information, page addresses, referring sites, visit times and form-interaction events. Sources include you, your authorized representatives, our websites, public business sources and business-data providers.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate valuation and advisory requests, assess buyer fit, route requests to the appropriate specialist team, coordinate transactions, maintain business records, protect our systems and improve our websites. We use business-contact and company-level activity information to assess relevant business-to-business outreach. An inquiry is not a signed engagement, an appraisal or a guarantee of access to confidential opportunities.
Inquiry Follow-Up and Marketing
Submitting a Valuation or Contact form requests a response from SeaRidge Advisory Inc. about that inquiry, including follow-up by email or at a telephone number you provide. Buyer registration also subscribes you to the Market News & Insights and Business Listings email streams described beside the registration button, from SeaRidge Advisory and our specialist brands. You may manage the two streams separately or unsubscribe from marketing using the links in those messages, or contact us directly. An unsubscribe does not necessarily stop non-marketing correspondence about an active request, engagement or transaction. A general form submission is not consent to automated telemarketing calls or texts.
Information Sharing and Third-Party Services
We share information with personnel and specialist teams when needed to respond to you or support an authorized process. We use providers for hosting, analytics, company identification, CRM, email delivery, document storage, security and automation. Transaction disclosures may involve sellers, qualified buyers and their advisors, subject to the applicable permissions, agreements and access controls. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in a business transfer involving SeaRidge. Some providers process information on our behalf; others may process technical or business information for their own purposes under their terms and privacy policies. Do not assume every third party is contractually limited to acting only as our service provider.
Analytics and Company Identification
Our website uses Google analytics/tag technology, first-party visit collection and company-identification technology. Technical data, including IP address and website activity, may be sent to these providers. Company identification attempts to infer an organization associated with a visit; it does not establish which individual visited. A business contact later obtained from a business-data provider is not necessarily the visitor. We may use verified company-level interest to prepare relevant business outreach, subject to our relationship and do-not-contact checks. See Google’s Privacy Policy. Our local retention period does not control a provider’s separate records.
Tracking Choices and Global Privacy Control
Opt out of company-identification tracking on this browser or restore that browser preference. Our company-identification gate also recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal and prevents the first-party visitor collector from loading when that signal is enabled. Restoration does not override an active GPC signal. These controls apply to the current browser and site; clearing browser storage, switching browsers or visiting a different brand domain may require setting the preference again. They do not delete records already collected or necessarily disable all analytics, essential cookies, security logs or third-party embedded services. Browser cookie settings provide additional controls. Legacy Do Not Track is different from GPC and is not used by our company-identification gate. The cookie banner’s OK button acknowledges the notice; it is not a universal tracking opt-in. Where applicable law treats provider disclosures as a sale or sharing of personal information, you may exercise the applicable opt-out right through these controls and by contacting us.
Confidential Business Information
We treat business inquiries with care and limit access according to business need. A general inquiry alone does not create an advisory engagement or a contractual nondisclosure agreement. Signed engagements, nondisclosure agreements and transaction-specific access terms establish additional obligations. Do not send passwords, payment information, Social Security numbers, patient records, sensitive employee/customer records or detailed confidential financial documents through a general website form. Ask us to arrange an appropriate secure process. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Buyer Access and Seller Disclosures
Buyer registration does not grant access to confidential seller information or guarantee a matching opportunity. Access may require qualification, evidence of financing capacity, a signed nondisclosure agreement, seller authorization and data-room conditions. We may share buyer credentials and acquisition criteria with relevant sellers and their advisors as part of that process. Disclosure of seller materials is governed by the applicable controlled process and agreements.
Retention
We retain inquiry, CRM, marketing-preference, engagement and transaction records for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, legal requirements, dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements. We may keep limited suppression information to honor opt-outs. Our visitor-intelligence workflow uses a 30-day retention limit for visitor-specific working data; approved business contacts and correspondence are separate business records. Provider-controlled data, essential security records and legally required records may have different retention periods. Retention depends on the category, purpose and applicable obligations, not solely on whether you continue visiting the website.
Privacy Requests
Email info@medicalexitgroup.com with “Privacy Request” and tell us the request you wish to make. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, know about, correct or delete personal information, obtain a copy, or opt out of certain processing, sale or sharing. We will assess and respond as required by applicable law, including any applicable appeal rights, and will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a right. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Please do not email identity documents or sensitive identifiers unless we arrange a secure method. Some records may be retained where an exception or legal duty applies. Business-contact information can be personal information.
Children and International Use
Our services are directed to business and professional audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
Policy Updates and Contact
We will post revisions here with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. A policy update does not by itself obtain consent where separate consent is legally required. Contact SeaRidge Advisory Inc. at info@medicalexitgroup.com, or use our Contact page.
